Graham Flour Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup graham flour
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons molasses or sugar
- 3 tablespoons shortening
Method
- 1 Mix together the dry ingredients: flour, graham flour, salt, and baking powder.
- 2 Add milk, beaten egg, molasses or sugar, and melted shortening. Stir until smooth.
- 3 Bake in greased gem pans in a hot oven (425°F) for about 25 minutes.
