Graham And White Flour Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups water (80°F)
- 4 tablespoons syrup
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cake yeast
- 4 cups white flour
- 3.5 cups graham flour
- 3 tablespoons shortening
Method
- 1 Stir water, syrup, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
- 2 Crumble in yeast cake and dissolve thoroughly.
- 3 Add white flour, graham flour, and shortening.
- 4 Work into a dough and proceed with straight dough method (knead, rise, shape, bake).
