Golden Crushed Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 can golden crushed corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter for greasing
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease a casserole dish with butter.
- 2 In a bowl, mix the crushed corn, beaten eggs, flour, sugar, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 3 Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish.
- 4 Bake at 300°F for one hour, or until set and lightly browned.
