Golden Baked Ground Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 oz ground rice
- 1/2 pint milk
- sugar to taste
- flavoring to taste
- 1/2 egg, beaten
Method
- 1 Boil the milk in a saucepan.
- 2 Stir in the ground rice and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir in sugar, flavoring, and beaten egg.
- 4 Pour into a small pie dish and bake until golden brown.
