Gluten Free Milk Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 cups milk
Method
- 1 Sift together the gluten flour and baking powder.
- 2 Beat the egg, then mix with the melted butter and milk.
- 3 Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
- 4 Pour into greased muffin tins.
- 5 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for about 35 minutes.
