Glazed Ham With Currant Jelly Sauce
Ingredients
- cold boiled ham, sliced thin
- ½ cup currant jelly
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- toast, for serving
Method
- 1 Place thin slices of cold boiled ham in a chafing dish.
- 2 Add currant jelly, vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika.
- 3 Heat the mixture until very hot, then serve over toast.
