Glazed Crescent Rolls
Ingredients
- bread dough
- sugar
- flour
- water
- thin boiled cornstarch water
Method
- 1 Add sugar and enough flour to bread dough to make a stiff dough.
- 2 Roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 6-inch wide strips, then into sharp triangles.
- 3 Roll triangles from the base, curving the points into crescent shapes.
- 4 Place on baking sheets to rise for 30 minutes. Brush tops with water.
- 5 Bake until lightly colored. Brush with thin boiled cornstarch water and return to oven for 1 minute to glaze.
