Glazed Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • bread dough
  • sugar
  • flour
  • water
  • thin boiled cornstarch water

Method

  1. 1 Add sugar and enough flour to bread dough to make a stiff dough.
  2. 2 Roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 6-inch wide strips, then into sharp triangles.
  3. 3 Roll triangles from the base, curving the points into crescent shapes.
  4. 4 Place on baking sheets to rise for 30 minutes. Brush tops with water.
  5. 5 Bake until lightly colored. Brush with thin boiled cornstarch water and return to oven for 1 minute to glaze.
