Glazed Baked Stuffed Apples

Ingredients

• Apples
• Syrup
• Preserved raspberries or apricots
• Pie paste
• White icing or egg white
• Sugar

Method

1. 1 Scoop out the centers of the apples.
2. 2 Dip the apples several times in syrup.
3. 3 Fill the apples with preserved raspberries or apricots.
4. 4 Wrap the apples in paste and bake until done.
5. 5 Apply white icing or brush with egg white and sift sugar on top.
6. 6 Glaze under a hot salamander or broiler until golden.
