  • ¾ cup sour milk
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • ¾ cup molasses
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1½ level teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 level cups flour
  • Nuts and raisins (optional)

Method

  3. 3 Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Fold in nuts and raisins if desired.
