Ginger Orange Marmalade Tea Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 4-5 pieces fresh ginger
- ½ cup orange marmalade
- buttered bread slices
Method
- 1 Chop the ginger finely using a meat chopper or knife to create a paste.
- 2 Stir the ginger paste into the orange marmalade until well combined.
- 3 Spread the mixture between slices of buttered bread.
- 4 Press the slices together, trim the crusts, and cut into finger-sized strips.
