Ginger Mustard Pickled Clingstone Peaches
Ingredients
- sound clingstone peaches
- salt and water (for soaking)
- strong vinegar
- fresh ginger
- whole peppercorns
- mustard seed
Method
- 1 Soak the peaches in salted water for one day.
- 2 Wipe the peaches dry with a coarse cloth.
- 3 Boil vinegar with ginger, peppercorns, and mustard seed.
- 4 Place peaches in a jar and pour the hot vinegar mixture over them.
