Garlic Sautéed Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 1 pound bok choy
- 4-6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1 Cut bok choy crosswise into bite-sized pieces.
- 2 Heat vegetable oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3 Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 4 Add bok choy and salt, stirring quickly until greens wilt and stems are tender-crisp.
- 5 Serve hot.
