Garlic Oregano Baked Egg Casserole

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup low-fat grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in a medium baking dish or small cake pan in the oven for a few minutes.
  2. 2 In a bowl, beat eggs. Mix in milk, cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.
  3. 3 Pour mixture into the hot pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until eggs are firm. Serve immediately.
