Garlic Mustard Butter Sauce With Ginger And Tarragon
Ingredients
- 6-8 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ oz ginger
- fresh herbs (tarragon or chives)
- butter
Method
- 1 Peel the garlic cloves and pass them through a sieve along with the mustard to create a smooth paste.
- 2 Add the ginger and fresh herbs to the paste. Do not add any other seasoning.
- 3 Bring the mixture to a boil, then stir in the butter until melted and combined.
