  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ oz ginger
  • fresh herbs (tarragon or chives)
  • butter

Method

  1. 1 Peel the garlic cloves and pass them through a sieve along with the mustard to create a smooth paste.
  2. 2 Add the ginger and fresh herbs to the paste. Do not add any other seasoning.
