  • mushrooms (medium size)
  • olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • mint leaves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • tomato sauce

Method

  1. 1 Clean, wash, and cut the mushrooms.
  2. 2 Heat olive oil in a saucepan with garlic cloves and mint leaves until it splutters.
  3. 3 Add mushrooms (do not flour them), season with salt and pepper, and cook until half done.
  4. 4 Pour in tomato sauce and simmer until cooked through, being sparing with seasoning to preserve the mushroom flavor.
