Garlic Mint Mushrooms In Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- mushrooms (medium size)
- olive oil
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- mint leaves
- salt
- pepper
- tomato sauce
Method
- 1 Clean, wash, and cut the mushrooms.
- 2 Heat olive oil in a saucepan with garlic cloves and mint leaves until it splutters.
- 3 Add mushrooms (do not flour them), season with salt and pepper, and cook until half done.
- 4 Pour in tomato sauce and simmer until cooked through, being sparing with seasoning to preserve the mushroom flavor.
