Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
- potatoes
- oil
- minced garlic
- minced onion
- salt
- minced parsley
- lemon juice
Method
- 1 Peel and slice potatoes, then wipe them very dry.
- 2 Sauté the potatoes in oil over slow heat.
- 3 Add minced garlic and onion towards the end of cooking.
- 4 Finish cooking in the oven.
- 5 Drain, then season with salt, minced parsley, and lemon juice before serving.
