Garlic Herb Butter Steak
Ingredients
- 1 thick steak
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 3 cloves garlic equivalent parsley, finely minced
- Melted butter, for mixing and brushing
Method
- 1 Brush a gridiron with butter and broil the thick steak to desired doneness.
- 2 Finely mince the garlic and mix with parsley and enough melted butter to form a smooth paste.
- 3 Spread the herb paste over the cooked steak and place in a hot oven (425°F) for two minutes before serving.
