Garlic Herb Butter Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 thick steak
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 3 cloves garlic equivalent parsley, finely minced
  • Melted butter, for mixing and brushing

Method

  1. 1 Brush a gridiron with butter and broil the thick steak to desired doneness.
  2. 2 Finely mince the garlic and mix with parsley and enough melted butter to form a smooth paste.
  3. 3 Spread the herb paste over the cooked steak and place in a hot oven (425°F) for two minutes before serving.
