Garlic Cream Cheese Stuffed Tortilla Bites
Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- chopped vegetables (recommended: broccoli, carrots, red pepper, green onion)
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2 Cut shapes from the tortilla using cookie cutters.
- 3 Place shapes on a sprayed cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- 4 While baking, mix cream cheese and garlic powder.
- 5 Let tortillas cool, then spread with cheese mixture and top with chopped vegetables.
