Garlic Chickpea Dip
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can (19oz) chickpeas, drained
- pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Place all ingredients into a food processor.
- 2 Blend until smooth.
- 3 Serve at room temperature with pita chips, crackers, or vegetables.
