  • 1/4 cup garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can (19oz) chickpeas, drained
  • pepper to taste

Method
