Garlic Browned Macaroni
Ingredients
- macaroni
- olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
Method
- 1 Boil the macaroni until cooked, then drain well.
- 2 Heat olive oil in a saucepan and add the chopped garlic.
- 3 Add the drained macaroni to the pan and fry, stirring to prevent sticking.
- 4 Brown one side, then flip to brown the other side.
- 5 Serve very hot without cheese.
