Garlic Almond Brown Rice Pilaf
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Method
- 1 Place all ingredients in a rice cooker and cook until the water evaporates, about 30 minutes.
- 2 Fluff the cooked rice with a fork before serving.
