Ingredients
- garden cress
- hard-boiled eggs, whites cut in eighths lengthwise
- hard-boiled egg yolks, sifted
- French dressing
Method
- 1 Arrange garden cress on a serving dish.
- 2 Place egg white eighths in the center to resemble flower petals.
- 3 Sift egg yolks into the center of the petals.
- 4 Sprinkle with French dressing and toss together before serving.
