Frozen Strawberry Banana Yogurt Cups

  • 3 bananas
  • 10 ounces non-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 8 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed and undrained
  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained, canned

Method

  1. 1 Line 18 muffin-tin cups with paper baking cups.
  2. 2 Dice or mash bananas and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. 3 Stir in the yogurt, thawed strawberries, and crushed pineapple.
  4. 4 Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups and freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
  5. 5 Remove the frozen cups from the tin, store in a plastic bag in the freezer, and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
