Frozen Strawberry Banana Yogurt Cups
Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 10 ounces non-fat strawberry yogurt
- 8 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed and undrained
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple, undrained, canned
Method
- 1 Line 18 muffin-tin cups with paper baking cups.
- 2 Dice or mash bananas and place in a large mixing bowl.
- 3 Stir in the yogurt, thawed strawberries, and crushed pineapple.
- 4 Spoon the mixture into the muffin cups and freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
- 5 Remove the frozen cups from the tin, store in a plastic bag in the freezer, and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
