Frozen Pomegranate Sherbet

Ingredients

  • pomegranates
  • sugar
  • cold water

Method

  1. 1 Cut pomegranates in half and carefully remove seeds from the bitter skin.
  2. 2 Press seeds with a potato masher in a colander to extract juice, avoiding mashing the seeds.
  3. 3 Add sugar to the juice and stir until dissolved.
  4. 4 Add cold water and freeze the mixture.
