Frozen Pomegranate Sherbet
Ingredients
- pomegranates
- sugar
- cold water
Method
- 1 Cut pomegranates in half and carefully remove seeds from the bitter skin.
- 2 Press seeds with a potato masher in a colander to extract juice, avoiding mashing the seeds.
- 3 Add sugar to the juice and stir until dissolved.
- 4 Add cold water and freeze the mixture.
