Frozen Pineapple Lemonade
Ingredients
- 2 large juicy pineapples
- 1 ½ pounds sugar
- 1 quart water
- juice of 2 lemons
Method
- 1 Peel and grate the pineapples, then mix with the lemon juice.
- 2 Boil the sugar and water together for five minutes, then let cool.
- 3 Combine the cooled syrup with the pineapple mixture and strain through a sieve.
- 4 Pour into a freezer and freeze until solid.
