Frozen Peach Cream
Ingredients
- fine soft ripe peaches
- sugar
- cream or rich milk
Method
- 1 Peel ripe peaches and remove stones. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
- 2 Chop peaches finely with a silver spoon until they form a smooth pulp.
- 3 Add an equal amount of cream or rich milk to the peaches and add more sugar to taste.
- 4 Freeze the mixture according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
