Frozen Peach Cream

Ingredients

  • fine soft ripe peaches
  • sugar
  • cream or rich milk

Method

  1. 1 Peel ripe peaches and remove stones. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
  2. 2 Chop peaches finely with a silver spoon until they form a smooth pulp.
  3. 3 Add an equal amount of cream or rich milk to the peaches and add more sugar to taste.
  4. 4 Freeze the mixture according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
