Frozen Marshmallow Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Method

  1. 1 In a saucepan, whisk milk and cornstarch until dissolved.
  2. 2 Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cook slowly for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. 3 Remove from heat and stir in eggs, sugar, and marshmallow fluff until well blended.
  4. 4 Allow mixture to cool completely to room temperature.
  5. 5 Freeze in an ice cream maker or container using ice and salt mixture for 1.5 hours until firm.
