Frozen Marshmallow Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 large eggs, well beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
Method
- 1 In a saucepan, whisk milk and cornstarch until dissolved.
- 2 Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cook slowly for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir in eggs, sugar, and marshmallow fluff until well blended.
- 4 Allow mixture to cool completely to room temperature.
- 5 Freeze in an ice cream maker or container using ice and salt mixture for 1.5 hours until firm.
