Frozen Citron Melon Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 ripe citron melon
- powdered sugar
- heavy cream
Method
- 1 Cut the ripe citron melon, remove seeds, and slice the best parts into small pieces in a bowl.
- 2 Cover the melon pieces with powdered sugar and let them stand for several hours to draw out syrup.
- 3 Drain the syrup from the melon and add heavy cream to the syrup until it has a strong flavor.
- 4 Freeze the mixture according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
