  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 4 small paper cups or 8 mini muffin cups

Method

  1. 1 Mash the bananas thoroughly with a fork.
  2. 2 Mix the mashed bananas and yogurt together until well combined.
