Frozen Banana Cocoa Yogurt Pops
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 4 small paper cups or 8 mini muffin cups
Method
- 1 Mash the bananas thoroughly with a fork.
- 2 Mix the mashed bananas and yogurt together until well combined.
- 3 Stir in the cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
- 4 Divide the mixture into 4 small paper cups or 8 mini muffin cups.
- 5 Insert popsicle sticks or cut paper straws into each cup.
- 6 Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid, then enjoy.
