Frizzled Beef And Eggs On Toast

Ingredients

• dried beef, cut very thin
• cold water
• small pinch of soda
• butter
• toast slices
• eggs (poached or fried)

Method

1. 1 Place dried beef in cold water with a pinch of soda and bring to a boil.
2. 2 Drain the beef, add a lump of butter, and cook until the edges curl.
3. 3 Serve the beef on buttered toast topped with poached or fried eggs.
