Frizzled Beef And Eggs On Toast
Ingredients
- dried beef, cut very thin
- cold water
- small pinch of soda
- butter
- toast slices
- eggs (poached or fried)
Method
- 1 Place dried beef in cold water with a pinch of soda and bring to a boil.
- 2 Drain the beef, add a lump of butter, and cook until the edges curl.
- 3 Serve the beef on buttered toast topped with poached or fried eggs.
