Fried Sour Apples With Cold Pork
Ingredients
- sour apples, cored and sliced 1/2-inch thick
- bacon fat
- cold pork, sliced thin
Method
- 1 Core sour apples and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
- 2 Fry apple slices in hot bacon fat until soft and well browned.
- 3 Slice cold pork thin and place in the center of a platter.
- 4 Arrange the fried apples around the pork in a border and serve.
