Fried Salmon Fillets With Parsley
Ingredients
- 1 piece boiled salmon
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
Method
- 1 Marinate the boiled salmon for one hour, then remove bones and cut into fillets.
- 2 Wipe fillets, roll in flour, and dip in beaten egg or mayonnaise.
- 3 Fry in oil until golden brown on all sides.
- 4 Arrange in a circle, garnish with fried parsley, and serve with sauce.
