Fried Salmon Fillets With Parsley

Ingredients

  • 1 piece boiled salmon
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Method

  1. 1 Marinate the boiled salmon for one hour, then remove bones and cut into fillets.
  2. 2 Wipe fillets, roll in flour, and dip in beaten egg or mayonnaise.
  3. 3 Fry in oil until golden brown on all sides.
  4. 4 Arrange in a circle, garnish with fried parsley, and serve with sauce.
