Ingredients

  • 12 potatoes, cut into quarter-sized pieces
  • Flour for coating
  • Oil or fat for frying
  • Thin slices of onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

  1. 1 Cut potatoes into pieces the size of a quarter and roll them in flour.
  2. 2 Fry the potatoes in boiling fat until golden brown, then remove from the pan.
  3. 3 Fry thin slices of onion in the same fat until cooked.
  4. 4 Mix the fried onions with the potatoes, sprinkle with salt, and serve garnished with parsley.
