Fried Potatoes With Onions
Ingredients
- 12 potatoes, cut into quarter-sized pieces
- Flour for coating
- Oil or fat for frying
- Thin slices of onion
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
- 1 Cut potatoes into pieces the size of a quarter and roll them in flour.
- 2 Fry the potatoes in boiling fat until golden brown, then remove from the pan.
- 3 Fry thin slices of onion in the same fat until cooked.
- 4 Mix the fried onions with the potatoes, sprinkle with salt, and serve garnished with parsley.
