Fried Oysters With Grated Bread
Ingredients
- 25 large oysters
- grated bread
- pepper
- salt
- parsley, shredded
Method
- 1 Wash the oysters thoroughly.
- 2 Roll the oysters in grated bread seasoned with pepper and salt.
- 3 Fry in hot fat until lightly browned.
- 4 Serve as a garnish for calves' head or other dishes, optionally sprinkling with shredded parsley.
