Fried Onion And Parsley Omelet
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Chop the onion and parsley finely.
- 2 Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- 3 Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 4 Pour in the beaten eggs and sprinkle with parsley. Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- 5 Serve immediately with the fried side facing up.
