Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. 1 Chop the onion and parsley finely.
  2. 2 Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  3. 3 Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. 4 Pour in the beaten eggs and sprinkle with parsley. Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
