Fried Mushrooms With Parsley And Vinegar

- water
- salt
- sweet herbs
- parsley
- bread crust
- salad oil
- vinegar
- pepper
- clarified butter
Method
- 1 Peel and wash the mushrooms.
- 2 Boil water with sweet herbs, parsley, and a crust of bread. Add mushrooms and salt, then boil until tender.
- 3 Drain the mushrooms from the water.
- 4 Fry the mushrooms in salad oil or clarified butter until golden.
- 5 Serve in a dish with oil, vinegar, pepper, and fried parsley.
