  • 1 oz well-boiled macaroni, cut small
  • 1 large tablespoonful grated cheese
  • 1 large tablespoonful cream
  • Puff pastry
  • Salt and pepper
  • Egg wash
  • Vermicelli crumbs
  • Oil for frying

Method

  1. 1 Mix the chopped macaroni, grated cheese, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. 2 Roll out puff pastry thin and cut into rounds.
  3. 3 Place a spoonful of the mixture on each round, fold over, and seal.
