Fried Lamb Chops With Parsley Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 lamb leg
  • 1 lamb loin
  • Flour for dredging
  • Butter
  • Fresh parsley

Method

  1. 1 Separate the leg from the loin. Cut off the shank and boil the leg until tender.
  2. 2 Cut the loin into chops. Dredge the chops in flour.
  3. 3 Fry the chops in a pan until golden brown on all sides.
  4. 4 Place the boiled leg in the center of a serving dish and arrange the chops around it.
  5. 5 Melt butter with chopped parsley and pour over the meat. Garnish with additional fried parsley.
