Fried Lamb Chops With Parsley Butter
Ingredients
- 1 lamb leg
- 1 lamb loin
- Flour for dredging
- Butter
- Fresh parsley
Method
- 1 Separate the leg from the loin. Cut off the shank and boil the leg until tender.
- 2 Cut the loin into chops. Dredge the chops in flour.
- 3 Fry the chops in a pan until golden brown on all sides.
- 4 Place the boiled leg in the center of a serving dish and arrange the chops around it.
- 5 Melt butter with chopped parsley and pour over the meat. Garnish with additional fried parsley.
