Fried Herb Sausages
Ingredients
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, well beaten
- ½ small onion, chopped fine
- 1/8 tsp herbs
- ½ oz butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable butter for frying
Method
- 1 Oil the butter and mix it with the breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, herbs, and seasoning.
- 2 Form the mixture into small sausage shapes.
- 3 Roll the sausages in a little extra breadcrumb.
- 4 Fry them in vegetable butter until browned.
