Fried Herb Sausages

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • ½ small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/8 tsp herbs
  • ½ oz butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • vegetable butter for frying

Method

  1. 1 Oil the butter and mix it with the breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, herbs, and seasoning.
  2. 2 Form the mixture into small sausage shapes.
  3. 3 Roll the sausages in a little extra breadcrumb.
  4. 4 Fry them in vegetable butter until browned.
