Fried Fish With Tomato Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • fish fillets
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • tomatoes, peeled
  • parsley
  • 1/4 small onion, chopped
  • water
  • ground cloves
  • wine
  • mushroom catsup

Method

  1. 1 Dredge fish in flour, season with salt and pepper, and fry until golden brown. Remove and let cool completely.
  2. 2 Melt butter in a pan. Add peeled tomatoes, parsley, and chopped onion; cook until soft.
