  • 1 lb meat, cut into small pieces
  • 1 eggplant, thinly sliced
  • batter for coating
  • breadcrumbs for coating
  • water
  • seasoning to taste

Method

  1. 1 Fry the meat pieces in a pan until browned, then remove from the pan.
