Fried Cuttlefish With Squid Ink Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cuttlefish, cleaned
  • cuttlefish ink (squid ink)
  • olive oil
  • mixed spices
  • water
  • good wine
  • aromatic herbs

Method

  1. 1 Remove the cuttlefish, open it, and extract the ink. Reserve the ink.
  2. 2 Chop the cuttlefish meat finely.
  3. 3 Fry the chopped cuttlefish in olive oil with spices until cooked.
  4. 4 Add a little water to the pan and let it boil briefly.
  5. 5 Dissolve the reserved ink in good wine and stir into the pan with aromatic herbs and spices. Serve.
