Fried Cuttlefish With Squid Ink Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cuttlefish, cleaned
- cuttlefish ink (squid ink)
- olive oil
- mixed spices
- water
- good wine
- aromatic herbs
Method
- 1 Remove the cuttlefish, open it, and extract the ink. Reserve the ink.
- 2 Chop the cuttlefish meat finely.
- 3 Fry the chopped cuttlefish in olive oil with spices until cooked.
- 4 Add a little water to the pan and let it boil briefly.
- 5 Dissolve the reserved ink in good wine and stir into the pan with aromatic herbs and spices. Serve.
