  • Flour for dredging

Method

  1. 1 Heat milk and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until boiling.
  2. 2 Remove from heat, add flour, and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a smooth, thick ball.
  3. 3 Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated and smooth.
  4. 4 Spread the dough thinly on a surface, let cool slightly, then cut into small bean-sized pieces.
