Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups boiling water
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ¾ cup yellow cornmeal
  • ¾ cup cheese, cut into fine pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 leek, chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • flour, for rolling
  • oil, for frying
  • tomato sauce, for serving

Method

  1. 1 Combine boiling water and salt in a saucepan.
