Fried Beef Cutlets With Mango Pepper And Mint
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 minced onion
- 1 minced mango pepper
- 1-2 leaves mint or coriander, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread or cracker crumbs
- Flour
- Water
- Oil or fat for frying
Method
- 1 Combine ground beef, minced onion, mango pepper, mint or coriander, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 2 Mix in a small amount of bread or cracker crumbs to help bind the mixture, then mold into small oblong cakes.
- 3 Prepare a thin batter by whisking flour and water until smooth.
- 4 Dip each cutlet into the batter, then coat thoroughly in bread or cracker crumbs.
- 5 Fry in hot oil or fat until golden brown and cooked through.
