Fried Beef And Potato Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chopped beef
  • 1 cup cold mashed potatoes
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg for dipping
  • Bread crumbs for coating

Method

  1. 1 Heat milk and butter in a frying pan until boiling.
