Fried Beef And Cabbage Hash
Ingredients
- thin slices of cold roast beef
- young cabbage
- butter
- 1 slice onion
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1 Boil young cabbage until tender, then drain well and mince finely.
- 2 Heat butter, the onion slice, salt, and pepper in a frying pan.
- 3 Add the minced cabbage to the pan and heat until quite hot.
- 4 Fry thin slices of cold roast beef carefully so they do not dry out.
- 5 Lay the fried beef on a flat dish and cover with the hot fried greens.
