Fresh Tomato Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- salt to taste
Method
- 1 Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- 2 Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
