Fresh Tomato Jalapeño Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 jalapeños
- 1/4 clove garlic
- 3 medium red onions
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- fresh cilantro leaves
Method
- 1 Wash vegetables. Cut tomatoes into 1/2-inch pieces and place in a medium bowl.
- 2 Seed and mince jalapeños (use caution), then add to tomatoes.
- 3 Mince garlic and cut red onion into 1/4-inch pieces; add to the bowl.
- 4 Stir in lime juice, salt, and pepper. Chop cilantro and stir until combined.
