Fresh Mint Sherbet
Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves
- Sugar
- Water
- Green food coloring
- Lemon juice
Method
- 1 Strip mint leaves from stalks, chop to a pulp, and rub with sugar.
- 2 Add water, bring to a boil, and boil for five minutes.
- 3 Let mixture cool, then add green coloring and lemon juice.
- 4 Strain the liquid and freeze in an ice cream maker, churning slowly.
